How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Blackbaud and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Blackbaud account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Blackbaud. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Will donor names or details appear on my website?
No, unless you ask for them. The AI reads donor data only to help you, and a donor list goes on the website only if you ask for it.
Do the totals on my website update by themselves?
No. The AI copies the numbers when you ask, and the published site does not stay linked to Blackbaud. Ask the AI to refresh them and publish again.
Can the AI change records in Blackbaud?
Only after you confirm. Anything that creates or changes something in Blackbaud first shows up as a card in the chat.
