The AI reads your Dialpad numbers and puts the right one on the Contact page, in the header and in a tap-to-call button.

The AI goes through your recent calls and text messages and finds the questions customers ask most, ready for an FAQ page.

Texts after you confirm

Ask the AI to text a customer, like the link to your new booking page. The message goes out only when you click Confirm.

How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Dialpad and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Dialpad account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Dialpad. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.

You stay in control

The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.

Do my calls and messages appear on my website?

No. They stay private. The AI reads them only to help you in the chat and puts nothing on your website unless you ask for it.

Can the AI send a text without asking me?

No. Every text first shows up as a card in the chat with the number and the message, and it goes out only after you click Confirm.

Can visitors call me through Dialpad from my website?

Yes, through your number: the AI can add it as a tap-to-call link. The call then reaches Dialpad like any other call, the website itself does not connect to Dialpad.
