Meeting links after you confirm
Ask the AI to create a new meeting for a consultation. The link is created only when you click Confirm, then you can share it or put it on a page.
Notes from past meetings
When Meet saved a transcript, the AI can read it and use what was discussed for your services page or an FAQ.

How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Google Meet and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Google Meet account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Google Meet. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Can visitors book a time on their own?
Meet creates meeting links, it does not handle bookings. The AI can add a booking form to your website or a link to your calendar, and you share the meeting link.
Does the AI create meetings without asking me?
No. Every new meeting first shows up as a card in the chat and is created only after you click Confirm.
Do my meeting transcripts appear on my website?
No. They stay private. The AI reads them only to help you in the chat and puts nothing on your website unless you ask for it.
