How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Jira and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Jira account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Jira. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.

What do I need to connect Jira?
Besides signing in, the connect screen asks for your Jira site address, the part before .atlassian.net.
Do comments and internal details show up on my website?
No. The AI puts on your website only what you ask for, and you can ask it to write everything in plain words for customers.
Does the page update when I close an issue?
No. The published site is not linked to Jira. Ask the AI to update the page and publish again.
