How to connect it

Step 1
Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Omnisend and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Omnisend account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Omnisend. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does my website form send contacts to Omnisend by itself?
No, that does not happen by itself. The website forms keep their messages in the website database, and the AI adds a contact to Omnisend only when you ask.
Does the AI send campaigns without asking me?
No. Everything that sends, creates or changes something in Omnisend first shows up as a card in the chat and runs only after you click Confirm.
Do my contacts appear on my website?
No. Your contacts stay private. The AI uses them only to help you in the chat and puts nothing on your website unless you ask.
