How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use QuickBooks and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your QuickBooks account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from QuickBooks. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Will my financial data appear on my website?
No. The AI reads it only to help you, and nothing from QuickBooks goes on the website unless you ask.
Does my price list update when I change a price in QuickBooks?
Not by itself. The AI copies prices when you ask. After a change, ask it to update the page and publish again.
Can the AI change my books?
Only after you confirm. Every create or change in QuickBooks first shows up as a card in the chat with all its details.
