How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Zoho Inventory and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Zoho Inventory account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

In the chat, say what you need from Zoho Inventory. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does the stock on my website update live?
No. The AI copies items and stock levels when you ask, and the published site does not stay linked. Ask it to refresh the catalog and publish again.
Why does the connect screen ask for my region?
Zoho accounts live in separate data centers (such as .com or .eu), so the connect screen asks which one yours uses. Check the address of your Zoho Inventory.
Can the AI change my stock levels?
Only after you confirm. Every change in Zoho Inventory first shows up as a card in the chat.
