By accessing and using Uebfaqe (the "Service"), you accept and agree to abide by these terms and provisions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Uebfaqe is an AI website builder. You describe your business or your idea and the AI builds a complete website that you can customise, edit and publish on a dedicated domain.

3. Account and authentication

Uebfaqe uses Google Firebase Authentication to manage sign in. You can authenticate with email, Google or GitHub. By using these methods, you accept the relevant terms and privacy policies of Google and GitHub. These providers may collect basic information such as your email address, name and device data.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Give accurate and complete information when you sign up
• Keep the credentials of your account secure
• Use the Service in line with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or networks

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Distribute malware, viruses or any harmful program
• Publish or distribute unlawful content
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property
• Create websites that deceive, harm or mislead visitors
• Any other unlawful or harmful activity that we consider inappropriate

6. Content and ownership

The content you create or upload stays yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights you need for any material you use on your website.

7. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time, and the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Payments are not refundable. If you cancel your plan, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change, but changes apply only to new subscriptions.

8. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep availability high, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uebfaqe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue, whether caused directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close your account and your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct we believe breaches these terms or harms other users, us or third parties.

11. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material change by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after those changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
