Files statistics show the space used, the number of files, the largest file and a breakdown by type, so you see at a glance what takes the most room.

Reads and writes

Database statistics count the items in each collection and how many reads and writes the site made, per collection and over the time range you choose.

Export the numbers

The statistics of the database, functions and tasks download as CSV or JSON, for a report, a spreadsheet or your own records.

    Open Files statistics

    In Studio, open Files and switch to Statistics to see the space used, the file count and the largest files of the site.

    Check the database

    In Database, open Statistics to see the items, reads and writes of each collection, with a chart for the range you pick.

    Review functions and tasks

    The Stats tab in Functions and the Statistics tab in Tasks show calls, runs, errors and durations, each with its own chart.

Frequently asked questions

How do I check how much storage my website uses?

Open the Files tab and choose Statistics. You see the total space used, the number of files, the largest file and how the space is split between the different file types.

What counts as a database read or write?

Reads count the times items were fetched from a collection, and writes count the times items were added, changed or removed, for example when a form is saved. Both are shown per collection and over time.

Can I export my website usage statistics?

Yes. The statistics of the database, the functions and the scheduled tasks each have an export menu with CSV and JSON, and the Files tab exports the full file list the same way.
