How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use FreshBooks and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your FreshBooks account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from FreshBooks. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Will my invoices show up on my website?
No. The AI reads them to help you, and nothing from FreshBooks goes on the website unless you ask.
If I change a price in FreshBooks, does my website change too?
Not by itself. The AI copies prices when you ask. After a change, ask the AI to update the page and publish again.
Can the AI send an invoice to a client?
Only after you confirm. Creating or sending an invoice first shows up as a card in the chat, with all its details.
