How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use HubSpot and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your HubSpot account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from HubSpot. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Will my contacts appear on my website?
No. Contacts and deals stay private. The AI uses them only to answer you in the chat and never puts them on your website unless you ask.
Do messages from my website's form go to HubSpot automatically?
No, that does not happen by itself. Your website forms save messages in its own database, while the AI uses HubSpot when it works with you in the chat.
Can the AI change my CRM data without asking me?
No. Reading happens directly, but every addition, change or deletion in HubSpot shows up as a card in the chat and runs only after you confirm.
