The description, address, email and website from your WhatsApp Business profile help the AI fill in the Contact page.
Messages after you confirm
Ask the AI to message a customer, like an order confirmation. The message goes out only after you see it on a card and click Confirm.

How to connect it

Step 1
Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use WhatsApp and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your WhatsApp account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from WhatsApp. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.
You stay in control
The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with my personal WhatsApp?
No. The connection only works with WhatsApp Business accounts managed through Meta, not with personal numbers.
Can the AI message new customers?
Only after you confirm each message, and within WhatsApp's rules: a customer who has not written to you recently can only get an approved template message.
Do my chats show up on my website?
No. Your chats stay private. The button on your website only opens a new chat with you, and the AI publishes no messages unless you ask.
