Mail sent to your site addresses lands in a real inbox. Reply from the site address, write new emails and follow every send, for one site or for all of them together.
What you get
Spam and blocked senders handled
Suspicious mail is sorted into Spam automatically. Block a sender and new emails from that address go straight to Trash.
Sent and received side by side
Filter by All, Received or Sent to see conversations next to the emails your site functions sent, each with its delivery status.

Open the Emails page
Choose Emails in the side menu to see every site, or open Email inside the Studio for a single site.

Read and reply
Open a conversation and write your answer under Reply. It goes out from the site address the email arrived at.

Write a new email
Click Write email, add the recipients, type a subject and a message or pick one under Use a template, then send.
Frequently asked questions
Can I reply to customers from my website email address?
Yes. Open the conversation and use Reply. The answer is sent from the address the email arrived at, so the customer sees your business and not a personal mailbox.
Where do the emails from my contact form go?
When a form function emails you, the message goes to the email of your account, and every send is listed under Sent in the mailbox with its status. Customer replies land in the inbox of the site.
Is there a limit on how many emails I can receive?
On the free Starto plan a site has a monthly receiving limit. Emails that arrive after it are saved but locked until the site moves to Premium or the next month starts. Premium has no receiving limit.
