Professional email addresses on your own domain
With Premium, your site sends and receives email from its own domain, like [email protected], instead of the platform address. Connect the domain, create the addresses you need and read everything in the site inbox.
What you get
Your current email stays safe
If the domain already receives email somewhere else, nothing changes without your say. Use a subdomain such as mail.yourshop.com, or choose Move all mail here when you really want to switch.
Several addresses, one inbox
Add addresses like info, orders or bookings, give each one a sender name and make one primary. Their email lands in the site inbox, and your functions and the AI send from the primary address.
How it works

Step 1
Connect the domain
With Premium on the site, open Email in Studio and choose Domain under Manage. Type your domain or a subdomain and click Connect domain.

Add the DNS records
On a domain bought here the records are added for you. Otherwise, add the records we list at your DNS provider. Receiving starts first, and sending turns on once the DKIM signature is confirmed.

Create your addresses
When the domain shows Active, open Addresses, click Add address and pick a name like info. You can also ask the AI in the chat to connect the domain or to create an address for you.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get an email address with my own domain?
Move the site to Premium, open Email, choose Domain and connect your domain. Add the DNS records we show, or let us add them if you bought the domain in Uebfaqe, then create addresses like [email protected] under Addresses.
Will this break the email I already use on my domain?
Not unless you choose it. When the domain already has a mail provider, we suggest a subdomain so your current mailbox keeps working. Only Move all mail here replaces the MX records, and it asks you to confirm first.
What happens if the site stops being Premium?
Email sent to your addresses keeps arriving in the site inbox, but sending from your domain pauses, and emails go out from the platform address of the site until Premium is back.
