How to connect it

Open Integrations
In Studio, open Integrations in the website where you want to use Slack and find it in the Browse tab.

Click Connect
Click Connect, sign in to your Slack account in the window that opens and approve access. The connection applies to this website only.

Ask the AI
In the chat, say what you need from Slack. The AI reads what it needs and asks for your confirmation before any action in the app.

You stay in control

The AI reads your data directly when it needs it, but anything that sends, changes or deletes something in the app waits until you confirm it in the chat. Your data stays private and never shows up on your website unless you ask for it.

Which channels can the AI read?

The ones your Slack account can read. The AI opens only the channels your request is about and publishes nothing unless you ask.

Does the AI post in Slack without asking me?

No. Every message the AI wants to send first shows up as a card in the chat with the channel and text, and it goes out only after you confirm.

Will my website notify me in Slack when a new message comes in?

No, that does not happen by itself. The AI uses Slack while it works with you in the chat. For messages from your website forms, you can get an email notification.
